COVID 19 – Hallmark Hulme Statement
Given the impact of COVID-19 is being felt across the world and the UK, we are doing our utmost to ensure that we continue to provide you with the advice and service that you need whilst prioritising the health of our clients, our employees and their families.
We have in place plans to deal with business continuity and some staff are working remotely, as we continue in our provision of legal advice. Emails, office phones and mobile phones will be answered as normal.
Our service to clients
We understand that you will also want to protect the welfare of your colleagues and family by reducing your physical contact with people – and are able to offer the following alternatives:
- Call us on the usual number you have for your contact
- Email us
- Call the main number for the office 01905 726600
- Talk to us via one of the online video services such as Zoom, Skype or Facetime (the person you want to talk to will tell you how)
Our front door remains shut and clients will only be able to enter the office with a pre-arranged appointment.
- Appointments are available but are limited in both time and number. Social distancing rules apply and hand sanitisers are available in the Meeting Room (which is cleaned after every appointment). Please do not attend our Office if you are showing any signs of Coronavirus – persistent cough, high temperature or loss of sense of taste/smell.
